I want to commend you, personally, and the WVHTC, in general, for the many ways in which you support small business endeavors though out West Virginia.  The resources that have been provided to me, the contacts that have been made on my behalf, and the opportunities that have been afforded to me are invaluable.  Moreover, I have always felt as though you take a personal interest in my success and have offered your support in every way possible.

I just wanted you to know what an effective tool the VCLink.com/WVJobs.org website has been in finding qualified employment candidates for MPL.  We have hired one of the applicants that learned about our position through your site.  We also placed the position in several other places, but by far we had much more satisfactory results through VCLink.  We have placed another Position Description on the site today, and we are looking forward to similarly satisfactory results.

I would say that the savings ranged from $15,000 to $20,000 in combined legal fees and direct man hour costs that would have been required to come up with the Policy & Procedures Manual that is still in use at SMI.
