Immediate entry and mid-level GIS Analyst openings in the Morgantown area.  Successful candidates must be creative problem solvers, dedicated, quality oriented, comfortable working alone and in team settings, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and must be able to obtain a security clearance.

The ideal applicants will have skills in the follow areas:

• Strong understanding of GIS fundamentals
• Experience with ESRI ArcGIS 9.3.1 Desktop and Server
• Experience with the following ESRI ArcGIS 9.x extensions:  Spatial Analyst, Network Analyst, and Statistical Analyst
• Development of geoprocessing tools using ModelBuilder and Python
• Experience publishing geoprocessing tools to ArcGIS Server
• Experience performing geospatial modeling and analysis
• Understanding of XML and web programming
